Reds No. 47 SOLD OUT! Reds is a blend of Red MacIntosh offspring and Red Delicious apples. Light, dry cider with subtle fruit notes and an acid finish. Pressed on October 11, 2017.

Kingston Black No. 48SOLD OUT! This KING of English cider fruit grown in American soil yields a fruit forward cider with a clear acid finish. This bittersharp cider apple and was first discovered in the mid-nineteenth century in Somerset, England. Pressed on October 11, 2017.

Baldwin No. 54 Currently Available Baldwin makes a crisp, dry cider with a fruity note. From its origins in Wilmington, Massachusetts circa 1740, Baldwin became a prized apple for the making of hard cider. This versatile apple (it’s a pretty good pie apple as well) had excellent storage and shipping qualities which contributed to its popularity. For many years it was the most popular apple in New England and New York; unfortunately, a harsh winter in 1934 destroyed many established orchards. Drink a glass of Baldwin and contribute to the comeback of one of New England’s premier heirloom cider apples. Pressed October 25, 2017. St. Edmunds Russet No. 55 Currently Available This old English Russet apple makes a light, dry cider. St. Edmund’s Russet (or St. Edmund’s Pippin) was originally discovered in Bury, St. Edmund’s, England in about 1870. The sweet russet apple is slightly tart with a pear-like flavor. It is one of the first apples to ripen in our orchard and makes a great eating apple. Pressed October 26, 2017. Currently available in our tasting room for $16.00 per bottle.

Wickson No.58-59-60 SOLD OUT! Wickson is a little crab apple that could! Super sweet and super sharp, it yields a cider with a spicy bite, a smokey nose and a slight residual sweetness…like a great barbecue. A tasting room favorite. Pressed November 4, 2017

Roxbury Russet No. 63a SOLD OUT! A classic new world keeper, the Roxbury Russet produces a strong cider with a grassy nose and a clean acid finish. One of the oldest bred apple cultivars in the United States, this apple is a 17th century native of the former Town of Roxbury, Massachusetts. Pressed November 13, 2017

Calville Blanc D’Hiver No 63 SOLD OUT! A classic French dessert apple with an unusual look–the slightly mis-shapen exterior of this 17th century cultivar contains the perfect apple for making the classic French “tart aux pommes”. This extraordinary culinary apples produces a still cider with an even tartness. Pressed November 14, 2017.

Late Blend No. 64 SOLD OUT! One of our most popular ciders, this blend of Golden Russets, Lady, Wickson and Liberty Apples was produced from fruit harvested after the first frost. Dark, still and full 0f flavor. Pressed November 20, 2017

Harrison No. 65 Currently Available A deeply colored cider of great strength from a legendary American cider apple. This true American heirloom cultivar was grown in New Jersey before and after the American Revolution and almost became obsolete in the 20th century. It is a popular hard cider apples and produces a full-bodied and still cider with a slight residual sweetness. Pressed November 22, 2017. Currently available in our tasting room for $18.00 per bottle.

GoldRush Wild No. 66a Currently Available These apples are harvested after the first frost and cold stored until this late bloomer has mellowed to perfection. Natural wild fermentation produces a rich and tangy cider with prominent citrus notes. The GoldRush is a modern cultivar from Golden Delicious parentage; this golden apple has a complex and spicy flavor with bright acidity. Pressed November 27,2017. Winesap No. 67 SOLD OUT! Winesap is an American heirloom apple named for its distinctive spicy wine-like flavor. Produces and aromatic and dry cider with a snappy finish. Pressed November 29, 2017

Cox’s Orange Pippin No. 68 SOLD OUT! This flavor gold standard of the apple kingdom transformed into a rich and rounded cider. This aromatic apple is well known for its lovely orange-red skin and its range of subtle flavors–citrus, pear and mango. Although it is not the easiest of apples to grow, the cider produced from this classic English dessert apple is well worth the effort put forth. Pressed December 15, 2017
